Cotswolds Finest Cakes, is run by multi-award winning duo, Aggy Dadan and Andrew Pole.


They recently have been crowned with Best Wedding Cakes in Cotswolds Award.


Aggy Dadan and Andrew Pole are award winning artists with an array of Gold and Silver medals and recognitions in the food industry.


Aggy, born in Poland but moved to UK in 2005, Her early passion for food came from her family home in Poland where they were growing their own food and kept animals. Working in the garden with granddad and cooking and baking with her grandma.


In 2011 after having her daughter Aggy was forced to become a stay home mum, in this time she rediscovered her passion for baking.

Aggy and Andrew are completely self- taught. They work from their home kitchen based in The Cotswolds,


One day Aggy thought there is more to cake and chocolate that just simple tiered cakes and turned her hands to artisan food sculpting. That’s how Cotswolds Finest Cakes was born in 2012.


They started with small simple sugar models after endless hours developing the right products and using they own recipes, which are alwayd freshly baked. They are now one of the UK’s leading artisan cake and chocolate sculptors, Working for prestigious clientele from TV and radio shows to an accolade of exclusive celebrity customers including Hollywood stars and famous chefs.


They cake and sculptures have appeared many times on TV with several exposures on ITV2’s Celebrity Juice.


Aggy pride herself on her love of art, amazing colour coordination and the highest attention to detail which is second to none. Her passion for food and flavors tied in with pushing the limits. What can be done to make the most beautiful and edible sculptures possible, make her one of the UK’s brightest upcoming stars of the food world.
